Warranty and Policies
All Accoya wood doors come with a 5 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
All Mahogany, Alder, and Paint grade wood doors come with 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment.
Stain finishes are limited to a 1 year warranty. White and off white painted finishes are warranted for 5 years. All other paint colors are warranted for 3 years.
Hardware warranty is limited to the warranty from the specific hardware manufacturer.
Should any door fail due to manufacturing defects, Renaissance Entry Doors (RED will, at its discretion, either (1) repair the door without charge, (2) ship replacement product of the same item as originally supplied, or (3) refund the original purchase price if the door is deemed non-repairable. RED will not be responsible for any labor charges associated with repair work. RED will not be responsible for damages caused by abuse, fire, war, extreme weather, or acts of God.
Conditions of Warranty
All stained mahogany and alder wood doors must not receive more than 1 hour of direct sun in any given day. Doors that receive more than 1 hour of sun will void the RED warranty and any damages or required repairs will not be the responsibility of RED.
All stained or painted mahogany, alder, or Douglas fir products must be protected by a minimum of 4’ roof and the fascia must have rain gutters. Non compliance of the roof and gutter conditions voids the warranty.
Accoya wood doors to not need to comply with the sun, roof or gutter guidelines. Accoya wood doors are the best doors for extreme weather conditions, sunny conditions, and rainy conditions.
All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging (and insured) to ensure that you receive your purchase in showroom condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your doors within 24 hours. If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate on the shipping paperwork as such when you sign for the shipment.
You must notify RED in writing by e-mail and include photos of any damages to the product or packaging within 24 hours days of receipt. If RED is not notified within 24 hours, we’ll assume the doors are correct and you will not be able to make a claim at a later date. RED will not be responsible for damages during the unloading of the crate and during the door installation. If you receive a damaged item, you will receive a replacement or discount as quickly as possible.
Return Policy/Cancelling an Order
We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience.
Stock Entry Door Products: You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Unless you were shipped the wrong doors, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Full refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received by RED, so we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide RED with the shipment tracking number.
You will receive your refund within 72 hours of receipt of the returned doors and our inspection.
Custom Entry Doors: Custom doors cannot be cancelled once you have given RED a deposit. If you no longer want to proceed with your custom order, you will forfeit your deposit. If you have received your custom door order and there are damages or the product is made incorrectly, RED will replace incorrect or damaged doors at their expense. If you return the custom doors to RED, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and will still forfeit your deposit as liquidated damages.
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
Services powering redoors.com save any personal information you provide during your visit to redoors.com, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, and favorites. When you browse on redoors.com, the service also automatically receives your computer's internet protocol (IP) address, browser name and version, and date and time of your visit. This information is used to improve your experience on redoors.com, for example to save the doors you've "favorited" on the site.
Email marketing (if applicable): if you complete the "Send us an Email" form on our Contact page, we may send you emails about our store, such as new products and other updates.

When you provide us with your personal information or complete contact forms on our site, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, our service providers follow generally accepted industry standards for security. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
